Fungapus are huge mushroom creatures with tentacle-like growths radiating equally around its cap. Highly sensitive to light and vibration, the tentacles flail out at any non-fungal creatures that comes within 10 feet. Victims hit with a tentacle, takes 1d6 points of damage per round, automatically, instead of the initial 1d3. Also, there is a 25% chance that the tentacle hit pins one of the victim’s limbs (roll 1d4: 1 = left arm; 2 = right arm; 3 = right leg; 4 = left leg). The tentacles can also be used to drag the fungapus around to ideal ambush locations, often in conjunction with shriekers or other fungal beings.
